We Provide
-Well Child checks for Tamariki aged 0-5yrs in your own home
-Follow on care and support after the midwife(LMC)
-Facilitating Immunisation & organisation catch up programe
-Arranging ear checks, treatment & hearing tests
-Arranging dental checks, referral & support to specialist when needed
-Support and follow up after Admission in Hospital

-Registration with a General Practitioner
-Attendance at pre-school
